The InfoSeeking Lab is looking for a resourceful masters student to fill the position of Research and Administrative Assistant.
The successful candidate will provide research and writing assistance to students and faculty members of the InfoSeeking Lab. Tasks typically involve providing literature reviews and editorial assistance for papers and projects. The successful candidate may also be asked to complete other administrative assignments, such as assisting with conference planning or book editing, at the director, Dr. Chirag Shah's, discretion. Maintenance of the lab's social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and a Wordpress blog will also be required.
Applicants for this position must possess a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a critical eye for writing. A native proficiency with the English language is must. Applicants must not plan to graduate in fall/winter of 2017. The position is 10-15 hrs/wk in the fall semester, with a significant possibility of extension through the spring. However, this timing is flexible, meaning some weeks may require less work than other weeks, and vice-versa.

Dr. Shah is looking for a masters/PhD student to serve as a grader for his machine learning class during Fall 2017 semester. The position will involve about 3-4 hours/week work grading intro-level machine learning assignments. The pay will be $1,500 for the semester. If interested, email email@example.com.
